PayEm disrupts organizational finance by providing the first SaaS for both Procurement & Finance teams. 

PayEm is looking for an Operation admin  to join our mighty team that’s working hard, moving fast and growing rapidly.

What will you do?

  • General office management
  • Coordinating office activities and operations 
  • Organising travel and accommodation for staff 
  • Arranging both internal and external events
  • Partner with multiple functions and teams within the organization,  such as Product, marketing, sales and R&D. 

What should you have?

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Languages: Hebrew and Proficient English
